When will I get my order?

Fulfilling orders for standard items that we keep in stock regularly can take up to 5 business days. If your items are irregular or backordered, there may be a delay until we receive the items. In these cases, we will ship orders ASAP. If you have not received a shipping notification within 5 business days, feel free to send us an e-mail at

Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days via FedEx Ground. If you have supplied an e-mail address, you will receive a confirmation e-mail and tracking number as soon as your order is shipped. Please contact us if you want expedited shipping, as it incurs additional charges. If FedEx shipping is more expensive than our shipping/handling estimates, we may ship via USPS Priority Mail.

Where do you deliver? ships primarily to the continental US region. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or other countries will incur additional charges. We are also unable to deliver to PO Boxes, hotels, hostels, prisons or army barracks outside the United States.

My order is backordered – now what?

Backorders remain active for 30 days. If back-ordered items are not available within 30 days, they are automatically canceled. Five (5) days before it is scheduled to cancel, you will receive an e-mail which will ask whether you would like your backorder to be extended. At that time, you may extend the backorder by contacting Customer Care.

What if my order is incomplete, damage or incorrect – what should I do?

Please send an e-mail confirmation of your claim via e-mail to and then contact our offices immediately at 813-888-8555 to follow up with one of our representatives.
