Please note that we have different policies for returning different items. On some items we may seem crazy lenient, and on other items very strict.

Contacting Us

If you have any trouble with any of our products, you are welcome to call DIY Screen Printing Supplies at 813-888-8555. We will do our very best to assist. Please note that all claims must be initiated via email to support@diyteeshirts.com from the email address used to place the order. Please include your order number in the email. If you call us, we will try to help rectify any problem, but a phone call does not count as notifying us of a claim.

Items Missing from Shipment:

If you are missing items from a shipment, you must email support@diyteeshirts.com within 3 business days of receipt to make a claim.

Educational Products:

We have an unconditional, 100% money back guarantee on all DIY Screen Printing Supplies brand educational products. If you are not completely satisfied for any reason, just email us at support@diyteeshirts.com within 60 days of purchase and we will refund your money. Please include your reason for return. No reason that you give will affect your refund.

Items affected: DIY brand downloads, DIY brand disks

Class 0 (General Re-Stockable Items):

You may return Class 0 items unused within 30 days of delivery for a full refund minus shipping costs. If the return is due to an error on our part, we'll refund your shipping as well. Items should be returned in their original product packaging and be unopened and unused.

If you are returning Class 0 goods that you received damaged, you may receive a full refund or a replacement item. You must notify us within 5 days of receiving the damaged items to be eligible for a return. Please take a photo of the item in question and email support@diyteeshirts.com using the email address you placed the order from. Do not return ship the item to us without a Return Authorization.

Items affected: Hack the Yudu Screen Kits, squeegees, screens, screen clamps, registration panels, transparencies, emulsion remover, press wash, starter packages, heat guns.

Class 1 (Spoilables):

You may claim only damage or incorrect shipment of Class 1 items.

Incorrect shipment must be reported to us via an email to support@diyTeeShirts.com within 3 business days of receipt. We will rectify the situation as quickly as possible.

Damaged items must be reported within 15 days of receipt for a replacement only.

In the case that you receive the wrong Class 1 item or it is damaged in transit to you, please take a photo of the item in question and email support@diyteeshirts.com using the email address you placed the order from. Do not return ship the item to us without a Return Authorization.

Items affected: emulsion

Class 2 (Items Prone to Market Conditions):

You may return Class 2 items unused if they are in new / re-salable condition within 15 days of receipt for a full refund minus shipping. You may return the same items within 30 days of receipt for an 85% refund minus shipping.

If you are returning Class 2 goods that you received damaged, you may receive a full refund or a replacement item. You must notify us within 5 days of receiving the damaged items to be eligible for a return. Please take a photo of the item in question and email support@diyteeshirts.com using the email address you placed the order from. Do not return ship the item to us without a Return Authorization.

Items affected: blank t-shirts, yudu platens, inks

Class 3 (Equipment):

We do not accept returns of Class 3 items at DIY Screen Printing Supplies. In the case that a Class 3 item arrives to you damaged, we will help you process a claim through the manufacturer. Returns of Class 3 items are subject to the manufacturer's returns and claims policies.

Items affected: Yudus, flash dryers, conveyor dryers
